2XM Recruit is seeking a candidate to join a NSW Government agency dedicated to serving the community and ensuring access to quality housing for all residents. As they continue their mission to support individuals and families in accessing suitable housing options, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Officer to join our clients team in Griffith.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice and assistance to clients and their advocates on housing options based on eligibility assessments and client needs.
Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals for additional support services.
Manage tenancies and support clients in maintaining successful tenancies.
Facilitate tenancy and community participation initiatives to foster harmonious neighbourhoods and stronger communities.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of client information.
Monitor property condition and facilitate maintenance and minor modifications to meet client needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in the housing sector or related field.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to housing and tenancy management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Proficiency in computer applications and data management systems.
NCRC Check
Must have a NSW drivers licence
