2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced Electricians / Electrical Fitters for an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team in the Northern Suburbs. Due to the rapid growth within the Rail industry, this position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to share their expertise and have a major impact on project outcomes and community success.

Duties will include: 

• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on Passenger Rolling Stock
• Undertake maintenance and repair activities
• Fault diagnostics and re-build
• Completing maintenance request forms
• Strong focus on Safety
• Adhering to all policies and procedures

 To be considered for the position you will require:

• WA Electrical Licence
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working in a workshop environment
• High commitment to safety - Adhere to workshop safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the company and maintain their high standards
• Must be able to pass a Pre- employment medical
• Willing to work day or afternoon shift
