With over three years’ experience recruiting white-collar engineering professionals, initially across the shipping industry in the EMEA region and now within Perth’s civil engineering market, she brings both local and global insight to every hire.

Before entering the recruitment industry, Danielle led a successful career as Head of Sales for a UK-based e-commerce business, equipping her with a strong commercial mindset and a results-driven approach.

Danielle believes in the power of a positive mindset, an attitude that fuels her resilience, builds strong relationships, and opens doors to new opportunities.

Outside of work, she’s often on the move, exploring sunny destinations, training at the gym or running, and enjoying live music events.
