​I am senior recruitment consultant. Originally from the UK but I now call Melbourne my home. My passion is the rail industry, with a key focus on blue collar trade roles.

I have worked with multiple rolling stock clients over the years, providing them with quality staff. The roles I recruit for include fitters, T&C/electricians, boilermakers, coach builders and trades assistants.

My experience is not limited to these, and I pride myself on having the ability to find the right candidate, as I understand each clients’ needs. I am immersed in the rail market and I enjoy building solid rapports with my candidates and clients to ensure a smooth process for everyone.

I have had the pleasure of working on the Alstom RPO sourcing high volume staff across the Victoria and SA sites over the last few years. It brings a great sense of achievement knowing that my candidates are contributing to the rolling stock fleets.
