Duties:
- Housekeeping and supplies
- Reception – assisting customers and visitors
- Customer service both face to face and via the phone
- Assisting office staff in general day to day duties
- Assisting with coordinating of maintenance and jobs
- Data entry
- Supporting trades and labour
- Correspondence with staff and clients
Skills:
- Customer service experience (all backgrounds of experience welcomed)
- ERP Software experience
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
- Developed planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
- Developed time management skills
Experience:
- 1-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
- Have a focus on customer service, detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Must be able to work efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
- Drive and commitment to achieve tasks/goals.
- Ability to take and understand directions and instructions.
- Be respectful and polite to all others within the workplace including customers
