This role involves advertising, phone screening, conducting face-to-face interviews, and completing compliance checks, while supporting senior staff in filling open vacancies across the business.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to source candidates.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews, reference checks, and skill evaluations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide continual support and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for efficient recruitment service delivery and effective lead generation.
