- Trade qualifications or welding tickets.
- Proficiency in Arc & MIG welding.
- Heavy industrial experience.
- Bridge and Gantry Ticket desired but not essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team or unsupervised.
- Willingness to work afternoon shifts if required.
- While a valid Crane license/certificate and forklift license are advantageous, they are not essential.
- No prior experience in the rail industry required.
