Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to understand procurement needs and develop strategic procurement plans.
  • Manage end to end procurement process.
  • Management of sub-contracts to ensure contract compliance, performance and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high quality materials and services are provided.
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a strong culture of excellence and innovation.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in business, law, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Financial acumen: Exceptional understanding of financial principles.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement / subcontracts positions. SMP, E&I, M&E Construction experience needed.
  • Leadership: A strong leader, who is a trusted advisor to his peers.
  • Communication skills: Profound communication skills, with strong verbal and written literacy.
