Job Description: An exciting opportunity for a Senior White-Collar Consultant is available for a driven Senior or aspiring Senior Recruitment Consultant at 2XM Recruit. Join our team in the stunning surroundings of South Perth with our office views overlooking the Swan River. Alternatively, you can jump on the ferry or train and work out of our City office in the Cloisters building, either way you will be joining a group of high performing, self-motivated and driven individuals that collaborate unbelievably well as a team, often servicing the same customers across blue or white-collar services (always supporting one another to fill jobs). Responsible for sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates for various positions and growing existing and new business, in this role, you will work closely with clients and candidates, understanding their recruitment requirements, and providing them with tailored staffing solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be crucial to your success. 

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver white collar service across our Engineering and Mining clients for both Contract and Perm markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing expert advice.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for White Collar positions.
  • Drive effective Business Development strategies to increase sales and new client opportunities.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a white-collar background - we are open to your market background.
  • Fundamental knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
