Job Description: Due to growth in our team we require a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career and help expand the Government team. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in further growing our footprint the NSW State Government Sector, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for various positions. Collaborating closely with new and existing stakeholders, you'll comprehend their recruitment needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions. Your adeptness in building robust relationships with clients and candidates alike will be pivotal to your success.
Experience Requirements:
2 years experience in an Account Management or 360 Recruitment role
Previous experience working with Government panels highly advantageous
Recruitment experience in either Tech/IT or White Collar Engineering &/or Infrastructure
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
An appetite to be successful, and help build a global brand in Australia
Established long-term client and client relationships
Take responsibility for client terms, contracts & fulfilments
Play key role in supporting the growth and development of the team.
