We are currently seeking a number of Customer Service Representatives to assist in providing support and a positive experience based in the greater Sydney area.
Relevant skills and requirements
Proven experience in a previous Customer Service role.
Strong administration and secretarial skills, including strong attention to details and organisational skills.
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
Ability to complete and pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and/or criminal history and working with children checks (these requirements may vary according to department)
