Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join our client and play a critical role in implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving their HSEQ policies and procedures. Your efforts will ensure a safe and sustainable working environment for our employees, contractors, and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular HSEQ audits and inspections to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Provide HSEQ training and support to employees and contractors to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSEQ principles into daily operations and strategic planning.
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in HSEQ.
- Relevant qualification in health & safety advantageous.
- 2+ years experience in relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HSEQ initiatives and driving cultural change.
- Understanding of management systems such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) is a plus.
