2XM Recruit are working alongside a Global, world-class, market leader within the Rail OEM manufacturing sector on the hunt for a Key Account Manager to join, nourish, and grow their already unmatched innovation and capability in the fast-expanding Rail industry.
The goal of this position will be to maintain and excel a healthy sales pipeline with new and existing accounts, continue to flourish strong relationships and implement forward-thinking strategies and processes aligned with the corporation.

The Role:
  • Developing and implementing processes and strategies to bolster sales across the business.
  • Managing and nourishing existing key accounts and clients.
  • Building and expanding strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Overseeing and analyzing sales performance and pipeline.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns, issues, and queries in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Having a strong grasp on industry trends, upcoming markets and how to analyse and adapt to them.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
 
The Candidate:
 
  • A strong, clear communicator who prides themselves on forming and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proven sales experience in a similar environment.
  • Someone who welcomes challenges and exhibits the ability to think on their feet to solve problems.
  • Will be forward thinking with the ability to implement new ideas and processes to further business growth and capability.
  • Proven experience in looking after Key Accounts within the OEM sector (rail preferred but not essential)
  • Experience and confidence with using CRM’s and Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to lead, compete and negotiate on all levels.
