Position Overview: As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty and light vehicles and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
HD Mechanics:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work-flow.
Fitters:
Install, assemble, and repair mechanical systems and components.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections.
Identify and rectify faults and malfunctions.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed.
LV Mechanics:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on light vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety standards.
Manage routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Relevant trade qualification or certification.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
