Are you an experienced and motivated boilermaker/welder looking for a new opportunity? We're thrilled to partner with a leading specialist tanker manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs to bring you the chance to work on their specialist team.

Career Progression? Our client is looking for someone keen for long-term employment that can grow with the company. You will start with a 6 month contract with the view to be taken onto their books permanently afterwards. Hours: 7am – 3:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay: Will vary on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do:
- Interpret engineering drawings and sketches
- Apply principles and techniques of marking out
- Identify materials and defects in materials
- Basic lifting techniques using chains, slings, dogs and crane
- Assemble and tack prepared steel to drawing requirements
- GMAW welding, TIG welding, Arc welding
- Flames cutting, plasma cutting
- Operate power tools - angle grinder, pistol drill
What You Need:
- Qualified (1st or 2nd class) boilermaker (preferred)
- Physically fit and strong hand-eye coordination
- Positive work ethic and great attitude
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Safety conscious
