Civil Project Engineer
Location: West Perth, WA
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 p/a + Super
Full-time Role
Are you a developing Civil Engineer looking to have exposure to a variety of projects across mutliple sectors?
Do you enjoy working as part of a close knit team to deliver various projects at a time? Then this could be the role for you!
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Civil Project Engineer with up to 5 years experience working on Land Development projects.
Within this role you will be working as part of a team delivering around 5-6 projects at a time across residential, commercial and some more complex non-standard projects. You'll be exposed to the full project engineering process with support and mentorship from the team around you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review civil design drawings, reports, and documentation for compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Provide engineering input across land development and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with staff, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout project stages
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for budgeting and tendering
- Develop construction specifications, tender, and contract documents
- Adhere to quality standards and documentation
- Act as Superintendent’s Representative, overseeing site inspections, stakeholder communication, contractor queries, meetings, claims, and administration
- Support subdivision clearances and meet project deadlines
- Prepare and issue monthly client invoices aligned with project progress
- Pursue professional development and Chartered Engineer accreditation
- Produce Safety in Design reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality project delivery
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with Land Development projects or with Stormwater design, Hydrology or Geotechnical projects at minimum
- Contract management experience
- Ability to collaborate as part of a project team
- Highly motivated with ability to take accountability for work and progress
- Experience with AutoCAD and 12D is beneficial
