2XM Recruit are looking for Boilermakers & Welders for a range of exciting, ongoing opportunities around Perth within the Rail, Engineering & Construction sectors.
Work includes a range of duties including working with structural steel, modifications, new builds of mobile plant/ automotive equipment/ rail equipment, maintenance and repair work. Tasks & Responsibilities:
Perform welding/ fabrication tasks according to specifications
Modification to heavy automotive equipment
New builds for structural components of mobile plant
Ensure quality of work by conducting inspections
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
The successful Candidate will have:
Relevant proven workshop experience
Excellent quality of work and time management skills
Ongoing commitment to workplace health & safety
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment
