Job Title: Construction Supervisor – 8:6 Roster Location: Perth (FIFO) Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour
Our Client: Our client is a leading Construction & Mining Services company with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the resources sector. Due to continued growth and project demand, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their high-performing team on site.
The Role: Collaborating with the Project Managers, you will play a key leadership role in supervising on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a pivotal role with a company that values safety, integrity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across site
Lead and motivate site crews and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental procedures
Monitor project schedules and report on progress
Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers
Complete daily reports and site documentation using digital systems

Proven experience supervising staff in a construction or mining environment
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and mining operations
High level of computer literacy (site reporting, scheduling tools, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work FIFO on an 8:6 roster
