Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and end-users to support the growth of the aftersales service offering.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored service solutions.
- Manage all aspects of service coordination, including handling enquiries, scheduling, and site visit follow-ups.
- Represent the business during interstate client visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, technical service) to ensure seamless delivery and support.
- 1–2+ years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, or account management roles.
- Exposure to electrical, electronic, or power-related products or industries—such as UPS systems, power converters, switchboards, or industrial equipment.
- A technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving and working with engineered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
- Comfortable with occasional travel as part of a national client support role.
