2XM Recruit are a leading National Provider of Recruitment & Labour Hire Services with over 10 years’ experience supplying qualified personnel to the Mining, Engineering, Construction & Rail industries across Australia.

Our Project and Shutdown & Maintenance Division is one of the busiest across the WA Australian Mining Industry with consistent ongoing FIFO Rosters and Shutdowns across RIO, FMG, BHP, Citic Pacific, Roy Hill and Newcrest sites.

We are currently looking for BOILERMAKERS for an upcoming 2:1 roster or Shutdowns, ideally with experience in the Mining Sector.

All positions on offer are based on a casual basis, with the possibility of being offered long term opportunities.

Roster – Rio Tinto Point Parker
  • Roster - 2:1 Roster
  • Location – Rio Tinto Point Parker
  • Pay rate - $60 Per hour
  • Scope of work – Remediation work.
  • Requirements – Rio Tinto Inductions, MSIC Card
Shutdowns – Kalgoorlie
  • Date – 13th July - 17th July  2024
  • Location – Kalgoorlie  
  • Pay rate – up to $65PH (Day shift) & $74PH (Night shift)
Shutdowns – Rio Tinto West Angelas
  • Date – 7th August - 13th August 2024
  • Location – RIO - West Angelas
  • Pay rate - $65PH (Day shift) & $74PH (Night shift)

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Relevant Trade Certificate 
  • Current Working at Heights / Confined Space (within 2 years)
  • First Attack Fire / Provide First Aid (within 2 years)
  • Current / Valid Driver’s License
  • National Police Check
  • FIFO Experience and ability to pass weld test
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
  • Ability to provide at least two contactable work-related references
