2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for an exciting opportunity with a market leader in the Mining & Civils space.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company who lead the way within the Civils & Earthworks space.
Must have requirements:
Trade qualifed backround (Carpentry Preferred)
Must have minimum 5+ years Supervisor experience with earthmoving equipment, construction methods, and safety standards.
Must be able to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Proficiency in using construction software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Rio Tinto Projects (RIO INDUCTED)
Experience in quoting jobs and tendering is preferred
Whats on offer:
FIFO from Perth to Tom Price
$70-$75 p/h + super on all hours
