As they continue their mission to support individuals and families in accessing suitable housing options, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Officer to join our clients team in Griffith.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and assistance to clients and their advocates on housing options based on eligibility assessments and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals for additional support services.
  • Manage tenancies and support clients in maintaining successful tenancies.
  • Facilitate tenancy and community participation initiatives to foster harmonious neighbourhoods and stronger communities.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of client information.
  • Monitor property condition and facilitate maintenance and minor modifications to meet client needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in the housing sector or related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to housing and tenancy management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data management systems.
  • NCRC Check
  • Must have a NSW drivers licence
