We are currently seeking an experienced electrician, to bolster the team in busy workshop located East of the River. You will form part of the technical manufacturing team, building new trains and support vehicles for major mining companies to support their Rail operations in the Pilbara
This is a permanent position and offers a base salary + site overtime (including site uplift). To be considered for this role, we are looking for ambitious candidates who are committed to long term, stable work and have a passion for the Rail industry.

The Candidate:
- Qualified A-Grade Electrician
- Workshop experience
- Committed to Safety and living and breathing the company vehicles
- Be a team player who can work well within a team and/or independently
- Operate in a professional manner with a high level of initiative
- Hold a valid C-class manual drivers licence - essential
- Mechanically minded
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with heavy machinery or Locomotives (Desirable)
- Pass a Pre-employment Medical and D&S screen
The Role:
- Manufacture electrical components and parts for new Rail locomotive builds and Hi-Rail vehicles
- Operate machinery, as required, in order to perform tasks, where qualified and licensed
- Perform manual tasks as required, including safe working duties as a rail industry worker
- Undertake, as instructed by your Team Leader, tasks which may be incidental & peripheral to rail industry and your trades assistant role
- Workshop housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean and safe work environment Commitment to a Zero Harm workplace that promotes an excellent teamwork attitude
