2XM Recruit are looking to find an experienced Office Manager/HR Admin to join a worldwide leader in Precision Tooling, based in the NW suburbs of Melbourne.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for someone who is available for a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover to start middle of November 2023. You will accrue leave entitlement.

About You
- Previous experience in an Office admin/HR role is a must
- Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
- Confident on Microsoft products
- Book keeping, payroll softwares, data entry experience
- Diary and meeting management alongside general admin support
- Strong communication and well spoken
- Attention to detail
- Strong time Management
