Job description

2XM Recruit are looking to find an experienced Office Manager/HR Admin to join a worldwide leader in Precision Tooling, based in the NW suburbs of Melbourne. 

About the Opportunity
We are looking for someone who is available for a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover to start middle of November 2023. You will accrue leave entitlement. 

About You
  • Previous experience in an Office admin/HR role is a must 
  • Manufacturing experience would be advantageous 
  • Confident on Microsoft products 
  • Book keeping, payroll softwares, data entry experience 
  • Diary and meeting management alongside general admin support 
  • Strong communication and well spoken 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong time Management
