HSEQ Advisor – FIFO 8:6 Roster
Location: FIFO from Perth
Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + super (based on experience)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our client's commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality excellence across their operations.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with operational teams and management to drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSEQ standards and practices on site. Your focus will be on providing practical advice, leading incident investigations, and supporting continuous improvement of the HSEQ Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support management in implementing leading HSEQ practices
- Coach and guide operational leaders to help them meet safety targets and objectives
- Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the HSEQ Management System
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Safe Work documentation
- Lead and coordinate incident investigations using recognised methodologies (ICAM/Taproot)
- Promote active engagement and ownership of HSEQ responsibilities by all team members
- Participate in toolbox talks and training sessions to support injury and incident prevention
- Coordinate HSEQ inspections, audits, and compliance activities
- Facilitate risk assessments across the business to proactively manage operational risks
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety (Diploma or PG Diploma preferred)
- Knowledge of or qualifications in Quality Assurance Systems (ISO 9001:2008)
- Formal training or working knowledge of incident investigation techniques (ICAM or Taproot)
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a dedicated HSEQ position
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to safety leadership
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office and HSEQ reporting tools
