2XM Recruit are actively seeking a People and Culture Business Partner on a casual contract in Western Sydney.
Role: People and Culture BP Location: Auburn Job type: Casual Contract until end of June 24 Rate: $57 - $74 p/h depending on experience
Duties:
Deliver strategic HR business partnering within designated client groups by executing solutions aligned with business strategies, effectively integrating the People & Culture (P&C) strategy.
Assist and advise in resolving and investigating different disputes within business
Analyse and interpret data and information, translating insights into actionable business solutions (including HR metrics).
Compile and prepare HR metrics, organizational charts, and headcount reports, overseeing changes to employment terms and conditions.
Assist in achieving annual HR functional milestones, encompassing performance management, employee reward systems for both salaried and non-salaried staff, employee engagement surveys, budgeting, workforce planning, code of conduct enforcement, and talent/succession planning.
Enhance understanding of business operations to assess issues, identify needs and risks, and devise pragmatic solutions.
Experience needed:
Tertiary level or equivalent experience in Human Resources
Dispute resolution/investigation experience
Sound understanding of employment practices and regulations
Must be customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others to produce results
Experience in Rail or any other heavy industry would be advantageous
