Project Coordinators/Officers (Multiple locations within NSW)
2XM Recruit is proud to be partnering with the NSW Government across various Government sectors based in New South Wales.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Project Coordinators/Officers to support projects in partnership with various NSW Government departments. Contract positions vary between a 3-6 month basis with the potential to extend.
These roles will support the development, delivery and implementation of projects to achieve project outcomes in line with organisational objectives.

These roles will support the development, delivery and implementation of projects to achieve project outcomes in line with organisational objectives.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
- Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Undertake research and analysis, identify trends and prepare project briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, business improvement processes and activities including stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated problem solving, research and data analytical skills and capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
