We are looking for a dynamic and innovative PROJECT DELIVERY SPECIALIST to join our clients team based down in Notting Hill, VIC. Our client is a leading automation company at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. 

Are you the person we are looking for?
Can coordinate assigned aspects of the project and supports Project Managers in the management and execution of the project. Executes work packages as assigned to a high quality.  Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Client Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  3. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively manage and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
    • Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Create and update project documentation as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the automation industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
