2XM Recruit are looking for a skilled Project Manager for diverse engineering projects with a specific focus on Electrification Service. We are looking for someone with design experience of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchboards, as well as a strong background in Commercials and Contract Management. Responsibilities:
Ensure cost-effective execution of Project Deliverables in adherence to Contract Specifications, Business Models, Quality Standards, Schedule, and Safety Requirements.
Aid own team and relevant functional departments (Sales, Applications, Operations, Business Support, Field Service) in attaining financial business targets.
Manage and execute all assigned contracts with various deliverables on time and within budget, accurately forecasting business revenue.
Develop and deliver scope-specific work plans, budgets, and risk assessments pertinent to your Engineering Discipline.
Provide technical recommendations during Testing, Installation, and Commissioning phases of customer projects involving both LV and MV products.
Offer technical details, costs, and deliverables for Sales Proposals, supporting Project Managers and Project Lead Engineers in technical reviews and discussions with Customers, Partners, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
Assist Contract Managers with customer specifications, claims and safety standards, resolving technical issues remotely or on domestic/international customer sites.
Collaborating with entry-level Engineers, Technicians, and Support Teams to develop Leadership and Communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 5 or more years of experience in a relevant field.
Design experience of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchboards adhering to IEC/AS/NZS Standards.
Strong skills in Commercials and Contract Management
Practical experience in designing/programming protection relay.
Proficient in engineering techniques, processes, and tools, with added advantage of CAD and EPLAN knowledge and experience.
Self-motivated, curious, with a desire to learn and implement new technologies.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
