The Opportunity: We're seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer with a deep understanding of infrastructure (preferablly rail) to lead and inspire our client’s dynamic team. Our client is a remarkable and award winning internaitonal consultancy, known for delivering market-eaeading solutions and innovation. As a key player, you'll work on groundbreaking projects that redefine the industry's standards leaving a lasting imprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of civil and rail infrastructure projects, across the heavy haul, passenger, and industrial sectors.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development within the field.

The candidate:

• 6+ years’ experience in a civil design / civil engineering role.
• Relevant civil qualification.
• Proficiency in industry software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
• Strong experience across civil infrastructure projects (rail advantageous).
