Full Time Opportunity
Permanent Day Shift / Rotating Shifts

The Role
The WMS Support Engineer will provide expert technical support for warehouse management software, assisting customers and onsite technicians to resolve complex issues efficiently. This role demands strong multitasking, excellent time management, and the ability to thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional service.

Working Hours
Shifts vary depending on the time of year and daylight savings:
6am - 2pm,
7am - 3pm,
am - 4pm to ensure continuous customer support coverage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for warehouse management software to customers and field teams.

  • Manage multiple support tickets and live sessions simultaneously using various software tools.

  • Prioritise workload effectively based on urgency and importance to maintain customer uptime.

  • Communicate professionally and collaborate with diverse teams across Australia and Europe.

  • Complete detailed technical documentation, reports, and customer logs.

  • Participate in continuous learning and development initiatives.

  • Travel to Austria (Graz) for an initial 6 to 8 weeks of intensive training with the head office team—fully paid and an excellent opportunity to experience the wider business and culture.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software or technical support roles, ideally in automation or logistics.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently with multiple programs/windows open simultaneously.

  • Strong time management and organisational skills with a focus on prioritisation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with international teams.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and juggling competing priorities.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for training.
