Position: HR Customer Services Support Officer Location: Wollongong, NSW Contract Basis: Join our client on a rewarding journey
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to HR inquiries and support requests.
Assist in HR and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Utilise SAP systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Thrive in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role is desirable.
Knowledge of HR and/or payroll procedures is an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP systems is beneficial.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
Ability to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:00pm
