We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Analyst to join our collaborative Service Desk team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incident support related to a suite of logistics and automation software tools used across sites worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international setting with the opportunity to grow your skills.
What you’ll be doing:- Handling incoming support requests from customers and internal teams.
- Investigating and resolving incidents, or escalating where required.
- Documenting support activities and contributing to our knowledge base.
- Monitoring service level agreements and ensuring timely resolution.
- Working in shifts to support global teams (rostered between 6am – 4pm depending on daylight savings and European time zones).
- Supporting software configuration, installation, and updates.
- Identifying trends in incidents and sharing insights with the wider team.
- Contributing to team knowledge through mentoring and training.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A genuine interest in IT systems and solving technical issues.
- Solid experience with Linux and SQL (PL/SQL, C or C++ a bonus).
- Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- A team player mindset – willing to collaborate and share knowledge.
- Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is ideal.
- Desirable: German language skills.
