    We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Analyst to join our collaborative Service Desk team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incident support related to a suite of logistics and automation software tools used across sites worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international setting with the opportunity to grow your skills.
    What you’ll be doing:
    • Handling incoming support requests from customers and internal teams.
    • Investigating and resolving incidents, or escalating where required.
    • Documenting support activities and contributing to our knowledge base.
    • Monitoring service level agreements and ensuring timely resolution.
    • Working in shifts to support global teams (rostered between 6am – 4pm depending on daylight savings and European time zones).
    • Supporting software configuration, installation, and updates.
    • Identifying trends in incidents and sharing insights with the wider team.
    • Contributing to team knowledge through mentoring and training.
    What you’ll bring:
    • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
    • A genuine interest in IT systems and solving technical issues.
    • Solid experience with Linux and SQL (PL/SQL, C or C++ a bonus).
    • Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.
    • The ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
    • A team player mindset – willing to collaborate and share knowledge.
    • Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is ideal.
    • Desirable: German language skills.
