Key Responsibilities:
Strip and overhaul drive system components.
Diagnose and repair faults.
Drill holes and tap threads for bolting and assembling parts.
Interpret detailed drawings or specifications for job requirements.
Remove, repair, replace, fit, or assemble parts or components on large machinery and equipment.
General housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Operate fixed plant equipment such as drill presses, lathes, and grinders.
Perform welding, hot works, and cutting bearings using an oxy cutter.
Accurately complete final inspection sheets.
What We're Looking For:
Trade-qualified.
Mechanically minded individual not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.
Current driver's license and reliable transport (ideal).
Additional licenses are beneficial but not essential.
Experience in a similar role is necessary.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment medicals, including drug and alcohol testing.
A safety-conscious attitude.
