We're looking for an experienced full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Recruitment team in the Perth CBD in a 360 recruitment capacity. Depending on your experience and background, this role will see you working a vertical desk in one of the following blue collar markets:

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Recruitment team in the Perth CBD in a 360 recruitment capacity. Depending on your experience and background, this role will see you working a vertical desk in one of the following blue collar markets:
Mining | Rail | Manufacturing | Construction
- In the this role you will form part of our established blue collar recruitment team here in WA at our brand-new state of the office in the Perth CBD! Having operated in the WA market for over 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell.
- Operate as a specialist market 360 recruitment consultant, with continued development through our inhouse training team, whilst being mentored by an experienced Divisional Manager and group of long-standing team members to ensure we grow market presence, build relationships and deliver excellent outcomes.
- With your experience you will continue your career in recruitment excited about the opportunity to develop new business by becoming a true specialist and go-to person in your vertical specialism, building strong tangible candidate pools / relationships, and driving consistent sales led activity.
- Business Development - Build and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value based relationships with both new and known prospects!
- Lead Generation - Generate leads without reading the yellow pages back to back!
- Sourcing & Candidate Pooling - Consistent management of candidate information in our database - Bullhorn, an industry leading platform!
- Screen & interview candidates - Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you're only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!
- Advertising & Marketing - Master the art of writing the perfect job advert!
- Manage candidate feedback and relationships - Including counter offers and objection handling!
- A minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience.
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed
- Confident - able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person
- Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and, previous recruitment CRM experience.
- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 pa
- Very competitive Bonus scheme based on monthly GP results
