A global leader in rail and industrial technologies is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their dedicated team in Darra. With the recent award of a major rail manufacturing contract, now is the perfect time to secure a long-term position in a purpose-built facility offering stability, growth, and a team-first culture.

About the Role
You’ll support daily warehouse operations across dispatch, stock management, and material movements — ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at every step. Work closely with internal teams to ensure HVAC products and components are available and delivered according to production schedules.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a skilled Warehouse Operator with strong LO/LF forklift experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-spec environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack production orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver stock picks to production cells in line with schedules
  • Load/unload trucks and warehouse stock
  • Operate forklifts safely, including daily maintenance checks
  • Assist in moving HVAC units between departments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems (SAP preferred)
  • Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and stock consolidations
  • Participate in WHS and HSE initiatives, including 6S housekeeping
  • Provide feedback to management on warehouse-related issues
  • Assemble basic components according to drawings as needed
  • Maintain clean, organised workspaces and assist with general facility upkeep
  • Support across Consolidation, Despatch and Inwards areas
What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience in warehousing/stores roles
  • Valid LO/LF Forklift licence
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures and systems
  • SAP or MRP system experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and internal customer service skills
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Physically fit and able to handle HVAC components

Location & Hours
Darra, Brisbane Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime available based on workflow
