Maintenance Technician (Electrical) Location: South Dandenong Salary: $90,000 – $102,000 p.a. + Super Hours: Morning and Afternoon Shifts (between 7am–7pm)

The Role As a Maintenance Technician (Electrical), you’ll be based on-site, responsible for electrical and mechanical planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of advanced automation systems. Your role will help ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault-finding and repairs
Conduct daily system audits
Replace hard-wired gear motors and power supplies
Manage and maintain spare parts inventory
Complete accurate shift and breakdown reports
Contribute to continuous improvement and system optimisation
Support daily site operations during incidents
Maintain a clean and organised workshop
Comply with all OH&S regulations and company procedures
Participate in local and overseas training and development
Provide support to other resident sites as required
Skills & Experience Required
A-grade Electrician / current Electrical Licence (essential)
Self-motivated and adaptable
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Full driver's licence
Team-focused with a collaborative attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Desirable (not essential)
Experience working within a maintenance, automation or robotics environment.
PLC knowledge
