Maintenance Technician (Electrical)
Location: South Dandenong
Salary: $90,000 – $102,000 p.a. + Super
Hours: Morning and Afternoon Shifts (between 7am–7pm)

The Role
As a Maintenance Technician (Electrical), you’ll be based on-site, responsible for electrical and mechanical planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of advanced automation systems. Your role will help ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault-finding and repairs
- Conduct daily system audits
- Replace hard-wired gear motors and power supplies
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory
- Complete accurate shift and breakdown reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement and system optimisation
- Support daily site operations during incidents
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop
- Comply with all OH&S regulations and company procedures
- Participate in local and overseas training and development
- Provide support to other resident sites as required
Skills & Experience Required
- A-grade Electrician / current Electrical Licence (essential)
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full driver's licence
- Team-focused with a collaborative attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Desirable (not essential)
- Experience working within a maintenance, automation or robotics environment.
- PLC knowledge
