Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the contract administration process from the inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Negotiate, review, and finalise contracts, subcontracts and change orders with a good eye for detail and risk mitigation.
  • Ensuring subcontract agreements are meticulously administered and in line with stipulations of subcontracts.
  • Liasing between key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and driving successful outcomes.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator with experience in large lump-sum Construction projects and strong industry knowledge of laws, regulations and best practice.
  • Communication skills: Profound communication skills, with strong verbal and written literacy.
