Storeperson / Operations Support

2XM Recruit are currently looking for a Karratha / Dampier based Storeperson /Operations Support, working for a reputable international company, immediate start available.
You will be responsible for the overall management the materials ordering, maintaining company's materials management system, providing timely reporting to the business, internal management and key client.

You will be responsible for the overall management the materials ordering, maintaining company's materials management system, providing timely reporting to the business, internal management and key client.
Duties will include:
- Co-ordinate processes for effective transport of materials
- Coordinate input on material shortages and ordering
- Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements
- Monitor supply and demand using companies internal advanced planning system
- Prepare daily availability reports for all equipment
- Act as a focal point and monitor assigned areas to ensure material and rotables delivery dates meet customers’ needs
- Day to day communications with planning teams through client
- Check availability of parts
- Attend all toolbox talks and workplace safety meetings.
- Undertake any training required for the position.
- To be flexible with work hours when required.
- The ability to prioritise workloads.
- Must be able to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
- Rio Tinto Inducted (preferred)
- Appropriate experience in a stores, inventory or operations support role and ERP systems such as Oracle & SAP
- Experience in a Heavy Equipment Planning and Sourcing positions (ideal not essential)
- Strong with MS Office
